I hired AA tree to remove two large trees (probably 60-75ft tall) from my backyard as they were hanging over my garage. They also trimmed some other trees and removed large dead branches that were in... trees around my back yard. The work was completed today, March 22, 2023.Working with AA was very easy, they called me almost immediately after I submitted my initial inquiry through their website. CJ came out to my house (Natick, MA) that day and was able to price out the job. Pricing was fair so we confirmed the job and scheduled for the following week. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather (March in NE) but every time AA was very responsive, communicated well, and were able to rebook for a few days later.Day of the work, the crew arrived when they said they would exactly at 8am. They confirmed the scope of work with my wife and proceeded to complete the tree removal and trimming. The team was friendly, accommodating, and very professional. CJ checked in with me during the work to update me on progress as I was not on-site. The result was great and I am very happy with how it turned out.I would highly recommend CJ and AA to anyone in Metrowest looking for a tree removal or trimming service.read more

AA Tree and Shrub guys showed up on time. Safely took down two 60 foot pines along with a tree that had fallen and was resting on another tree. They were very professional and took care in bringing... down each part of the tree so that there was no damage or accidents. They also wrote into the contract that they would fix any property they broke. The piping to our leaching field was underneath their equipment. None of the other tree services we contacted would take any responsibility if they caused any damage. The office followed up with us during the job to see how it was going. The workers also cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.read more

Alfredo and his team removed a large white oak from our front yard and trimmed a pine tree in the back. His price was very competitive and the team removed the tree with minimal impact to the yard.... His competitors were twice the price with the caveat that there would be damage to the yard. Alfredo's crew brought the tree down cleanly by climbing and ground the stump, removing all debris. I would recommend them and will use them again.read more

They are amazing! We just moved into our first house last fall and had two trees (one in the front, one in the back) that we wanted to remove before the spring. The front one was tricky with power... lines nearby and the back one was a very large dead birch. I called AA Tree and Alfredo came out and did a free estimate the very next morning. The price quoted was so competitive I didn't even bother shopping around and agreed to hire them the same day! Fast forward two days later and Alfredo's team removed both trees easily and did a fantastic job cleaning up; all in under two hours! I am amazed how quickly and efficiently they completed the job.
